A three bedroom with loft, one and ¾ bath townhouse located at the Beechwood townhouses a short walk to the base of Loon Mountain ski area. Newly renovated kitchen and baths, and a walk to the slopes, Mountain Club, restaurants and game room in the hotel.

Enter onto a landing with shoe and coat storage, and head downstairs where you will find two comfortably sized bedrooms, a full bath (including a convenient second sink located outside the bath) and the laundry room with new HE washer and dryer. One bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed while the second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds.

From the entry landing continue upstairs to find a third bedroom with a king size bed and a work desk. Just across the hall from this bedroom is the second bath with shower. Also on this level are the open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances to cook your favorite meal while the dining area offers seating for six (with two extra chairs to seat a cozy 8).

The living area holds a spacious wrap-around sofa, large wall-mounted flat screen television and wood burning fireplace. The TV has no cable, but does have Roku to access Amazon Prime and Netflix for movies and shows.

The deck with a wooded view of the surrounding communities is accessed from the sliding doors in the living area and includes a table with seating for four.

A spiral staircase takes you up to a large loft with a sleeping area and play/entertainment area. The loft has two twin beds and a flat screen television with DVD player for streaming.

While here enjoy the membership access to the Mountain Club Fitness Center in the hotel just yards away. The Fitness Center has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, steam room, cardio and weight exercise rooms, a basketball/racquetball court, and yoga/spinning classes available to members. The hotel also offers the Viaggio Spa, for massage, facial, and other spa treatments to relax and enjoy.

In the warm months, the mountain offers gondola rides, hiking, ropes courses, zip lines, swimming, rock climbing and mountain biking on at the resort. In the winter, the slopes, the pool, the gym and hotel amenities are just moments away.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.
