This three level townhouse provides a wonderful spot for any vacation or get-away and offers a beautiful view of Deer Park’s man-made lake. Enter to the foyer and from there, the spacious open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room offers plentiful seating, a wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and large screen television with DVD. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal and offers a breakfast nook with a smaller table and two stools. The deck overlooking the lake can be accessed from both the dining area and the kitchen. Also on this level off the entry foyer is a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen television as well as a full bath. The level above the entry area holds the master bedroom suite with king size bed, flat screen television and full attached bath with separate jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. While in the basement level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms, a full bath, the laundry room and a second living room. One bedroom has a queen size bed and television while the second offers one set of bunk beds and a twin bed with trundle. The second living area holds another large screen television with DVD, couches and a high- top table for playing a board game or starting a puzzle. Additionally from this living area you can walk-out to the lake.
While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming lake with sandy beach.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
