This three level townhouse is so complete you might think you were at home. Enter to the spacious main living area with kitchen, dining area and living area. Cook your favorite meal in the well equipped kitchen including both a standard and Keurig coffee maker and serve it at the dining table with seating for six to eight. Four additional seats are available at the kitchen counter near-by. In the living area relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or flat screen HDTV with Blueray DVD and Google Chromecast. Air conditioning has been added in the living area for the summer season. Also on the entry level you will find a 1/2 bath, laundry room and access to the back deck with a wooded view and sounds of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River.

Down stairs you will find a recreation room with flat screen television, ping-pong table and pyramid (twin/full) bunk bed set. Off the rec room are two bedrooms and a shared full bath. One of these bedrooms offers two twin beds while the other holds a queen bed.

Two bedrooms each with an attached full private bath are located on the upper most level of the townhouse. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning and a smart flat screen television. The second bedroom also has a queen bed as well as a television and air conditioning.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has three air conditioners: one in each of the upstairs bedrooms, and one in the living room.
There is an electric grill on the deck and a new gas grill under the deck.
