A spacious 4-bedroom, 3 bath 2-story vacation home at South Peak Resort. Located close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the base of Loon Mountain ski area’s Lincoln Express quad chairlift.
Enter this townhome at ground level, next to your garage and ski closet. Step inside to take off your boots or shoes, and pass the stairway on your way to the main living area. The kitchen offers plenty of space to create your favorite meal and has beautiful stainless-steel appliances. Counter seating joins the dining area just beyond. Guests can enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace or a game on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the comfortable living room sofa. Experience lovely views of the river and mountains through the large French door windows and deck space beyond.
Also on the entry level are two bedrooms. The primary suite on the entry level has a king bed, flat screen TV and attached full bath with separate tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV as well, and an adjacent 3/4 bath, accessible to all on the main level.
Downstairs, pass the laundry room to the wide open rec room, with lots of comfortable seating, another large flat-screen TV and plenty of light on your way to the deck and beyond. Two bedrooms down here share a large 3/4 bath with shower. One bedroom has a twin bed and set of twin bunks, while the other has another king-sized bed with flat-screen TV.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.
South Peak 4B does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center. Pool and fitness club membership can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.
This unit does not allow pets.

    We enjoyed our stay at the loon mountain resort. Our condo was clean, well appointed and worked out just as we hoped. The shuttle buses were an added bonus. We hope to come back again in the future.

    This was our second stay at this location , and it was very good. Only issue was the cleaning - garbage was left behind in several places which was pretty gross to deal with when we arrived.

    We enjoyed the Loon vacation rental in Lincoln, NH. This 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 7. Having an entrance and bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for my elderly Mother who does not climb stairs well. We enjoyed playing in the river behind the condo. It was wonderful that we could not hear the traffic while we were inside the condo. The place was clean and well stocked with the necessities.Thank you for having hooks and places to hang towels in the bathrooms! We had a great time visiting NH!!
