Located on the entry level are a full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed. The primary bedroom is on the bottom most floor. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and full private bath. The living, dining and kitchen areas are on the mid-level of the townhouse. The deck is also access from the mid-level. The highest floor of the townhouse holds the sleeping loft with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room, and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and the scenic gondola sky ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the living room, and one in the primary bedroom.

    The house was nice overall it does need some updating. The air conditioning was not adequate for the living space it did not cool well The lower level was very musty even with the air conditioner down there. Other than that the beds were comfortable the couch’s as well and it served our purpose.

    We had a fabulous time for our 3 day rental at Loon Mountain. We had a wedding at Loon and we have all loved our condo unit. We have stayed many times at a Loon Mountain home as we use to own one years ago.

    Looncondoconnection and Susan are great. The unit, however, was not my favorite. I've stayed at the village of loon every summer since 2002 and this is the first unit I cannot actually recommend. The master downstairs is very, very damp and humid, and there is a smell that is fairly strong, like mildew or mold. The beds are not comfortable and my guests actually went out and bought an air mattress instead of sleeping in their bed. Not much has been updated. Overall, it is fine for a couple of nights but that's about it.

    Thank you for your candid review. We've been in touch with the homeowner and by this weekend, both queen beds and 2 twins will be replaced, Two sofas will be replaced with another sofa and arm chair, keeping the leather one in place. They are also ordering a dehumidifier unit. We hope you'll come back and try the updated version this fall.

    Overall the experience was very pleasant. Condo is in great location and very spacious .Condo is dated and air conditioning was not sufficient to make temperature or humidity comfortable. Management did provide an additional portable unit but even so it was not enough to cool the Condo.

    Thanks for your comments. We wanted to let you know that the homeowner will be replacing the 2 queens and 2 twins, as well as 2 sofas, and is ordering a dehumidifier.

    We love staying at Loon Village and we’ve stayed at many places. While this unit looked like the rest, in terms of layout, but it was more worn down. The furniture was in bad shape (the dresser was missing the metal tracks, the bench at the door was unstable, curtains upstairs were a nightmare and a few other things). Also the smell of mildew and must was so bad that we needed to use air fresheners from the car. The smell from the dishwasher and sink was terrible and not cleaned out.

    The rug looked brand new and it was very clean. Overall the place just needs updating and some TLC. My family and I still had a great time and were able to continue our vacation without issues, we just avoided using the dressers, etc.
