We maintain a high visibility front desk operation right on Main Street that is open 8 hours each day, 362 days each year and staffed by licensed professionals. We employ Escapia Software for property management and reservations including interactive reservations on the web 24/7 and are prepared to function as a virtual office from remote locations should adversity strike.
  • Inspections of your property occur the same day guests depart and before guests arrive. Departure inspections look for damage, control the temperature and secure the property. Arrivals make certain all supplies are in place and the property is just as nice as you would want it for your guests.
  • Guest Supplies: Guest welcome supplies include toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel roll, hand soaps, dish soap, dish washer detergent, a fresh dish sponge and a guest bag with a packet of coffee, a few coffee filters, popcorn, and other items.
  • Cleaning: Local independent and insured cleaning contractors, as well as the Loon Reservation Service staff cleaning service, clean homes in the program.
  • Contract Agreement: Your rental guests sign a contract that includes a security agreement to assure our departure inspection finds no problems. Your property is protected by law and your funds protected by New Hampshire Real Estate Brokerage regulations.

  • Cleaning & Housekeeping: Our on staff housekeepers or insured independent housekeeping contractors can clean your vacation home on a schedule of your choosing.
  • Spring Cleaning: Annual or biannual Deep Cleaning.
  • Laundry: Laundry services in Loon Reservation Service own in-house Ozone Laundry System. Laundering with environmentally friendly ozone disinfects with 150% the germ killing power of chlorine. Our machines are capable of laundering sheets and towels as well as larger items such as comforters and blankets.
  • White Linen Rental: Linen rental program utilizing our in-house white sheet and towel inventory.
  • Arrival Check: LRS will make your vacation home arrival ready for you or your rental guest. Services include turning on water/water heater, turning up heat, turning on air conditioning, checking all interior lights, and turning on outside light. We can also stock the rental home with basic paper and soap supplies.
  • Departure Check and Secure: Services include turning off water/water heater, turning down heat, turning off air conditioning, ensuring all lights are off, ensuring appliances are off and unplugged (where necessary), ensuring all doors and windows are closed/locked, damage assessment, forgotten item retrieval and linen stripping (if applicable).
  • Key Access Management: Family members, friends or rental guests can pick-up keys and pool passes (if applicable) as well as a map and directions to your vacation home. Our office is secure and fully staffed from 9 am until 5 pm every day except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and a locked box is available for after-hours key pick-up.
  • Light Maintenance/Handyman Services/After Hours Service: Both during regular office hours and after hours, Loon Reservation Service staff responds to calls assisting guests with TV programming, batteries for remotes and smoke detectors, use of tub/shower facilities, lack of heat, light plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues, etc. Additionally, LRS may assist with directions, key access instructions and more.
  • Vendor Sitting: Unable to be here to let in a vendor or sit with the cable man, let Loon Reservation Service take care of this for you.
