A nicely appointed three bedroom, 1 ¾ bath, two level townhouse in Alpine Village with updated flooring throughout. Enter to the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Relax in front of the flat screen television in the living area, or choose something different at the enlarged kitchen counter with its own TV. The dining area has seating for four with three seats at the kitchen counter. The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and microwave as well as a stacked washer and dryer, while just off the kitchen is a 3/4 bath. Step through the door beyond onto the spacious deck with expansive lawn view.
On the second level you will find three bedrooms and full bath. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom a set of bunk beds, and the third also has a queen, and AC.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (Nordic is approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses only offer one parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $25 one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. (small dogs only please).
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer ski shuttle service.
This unit has three air conditioners: one in the living room, and one in each queen bedroom.

    we had issues with the unit not being cleaned from the previous renter. Cindy rectified it immediately and saved our vacation.

    Place had everything you need for family of (4). Washer/Dryer, fridge stove etc. Close to North Woodstock town and Cascade swimming area. 5 min drive to Lincoln., very quite area.

    the place was clean and furnishings were nice except the bed mattresses. we hardly slept. The AC unit in the kids room didn’t work either. the doors were all an issue, either they wouldn’t close or the handles/locks didn’t function easily which is not uncommon in older places i guess but should be looked at by the managment company.

    We had a wonderful stay! This condo is in a great central location to many attractions. It's clean and modern with all the amenities necessary for a family of 5 with a dog to stay comfortably. We'd definitely rent it again!

    We booked this as a last minute getaway and are so happy we did. House was immaculate and in a perfect location for walking into town every day. A great home base for visiting the attractions in the area.

    Conveniently located to all Franconia Notch attractions. Easy walk to Main St in Woodstock (of note, many restaurants closed until Wednesday or Thursday). The condo easily fit our group of six. I was worried about one parking space per condo but overflow parking was readily available and very close to the unit. The condo itself was adequate, superficially clean. Could use a deep cleaning of woodwork and cabinets and does show its age. But overall it was quite satisfactory. My husband did work on cleaning the grill for about an hour but I imagine the cleaning crew is not responsible for grills. I would most likely chose a condo unit that had an on site pool for the kids but otherwise would use again.
