This unique three-level townhouse is located not far from downtown Lincoln and just across the Pemigewasset River from Loon Mountain's South Peak. Take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor to enter this townhouse. Once inside you will find the kitchen, dining and living area as well as access to the small back balcony with lovely river views. The full kitchen offers all the appliances, flatware, silverware and cookware you would need to create your favorite meal. The dining area seats six with three additional seats available just behind the table at the kitchen counter. The living area holds a wrap-around couch, a flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace. Also on this entry level is the laundry closet with stacked washer dryer. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a queen size bed and a television as well as a spacious attached bath with separate glass enclosed shower and jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lowest level of the townhouse, below the main living area. One of these bedroom has a full bed, a set of bunk beds and full attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a full bath just outside the door.

While here enjoy access to the Rivergreen Resort pool located just across the street. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit does not have air conditioning.

    For over 10 years we have engaged Loon Reservation Service for our family weekend stay during the NH Highland games. Absolutely never have a problem
    which is why we would not even consider anyone else.

    We greatly enjoyed our stay at Links 205, it was an enjoyable and spacious unit, great balcony and grill, and very friendly neighbors. The unit had all the amenities we needed. A bathroom on the main floor would have been nice but was not a bit inconvenience. Great weekend for hiking!

    We just spent a week here (end of July 2020) and loved it. Mountain view on one side, Pemi river on the other. Spent lots of time on the balcony or down in the grassy area reading, listening to the river. Also two nice swimming holes within walking distance. We didn't venture out much due to Covid but didn't need to.

    The condo itself is very nice and super clean. Nice master suite on the top level with its own bathroom and great views. The kids had lots of room downstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen had everything ( missing a cookie sheet, hint hint ) and was super clean and new. Our only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom – it was hard and not very comfy. No complaints from the others sleeping downstairs. The living room setup is nice with a super comfy couch along with the usual TV and cable. The Wifi was good and there was even a Playstation for the kids.

    Dealing Loon Mountain Reservations was a breeze - they were very helpful, answered all of our questions and were quick to respond.

    We are looking forward to coming back next year, highly recommend staying here.

    A quiet escape to the mountains! The only sounds through the night was the river flowing by. During the day the same river offered entertainment for all ages. We didn't even leave the property because it provided the tranquility we were hoping for!

    Great location, super clean, everything I needed was there and the river in the back was an added bonus! I would highly recommend staying there.
