Step into this studio for 2 at the Lodge at Lincoln Station and enjoy the river views. On entering, you'll find the full bath on your left and a large closet on your right. Step a few feet further, and the space opens up to a small but updated kitchen along the left wall, next to a dining area for two. Just beyond is the queen sized bed next to the window. Just to the right is the living area with a love seat (not sleep sofa) in front of the large flat screen TV. Step through the slider here and onto the deck, where you can enjoy river and mountain views.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, ski closet with tuning area, and bike rack in summer, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables. Shuttle bus to Loon is also provided throughout the main ski season.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

    I can not say enough good things about Loon Reservation Service and the Lodge at Lincoln Station. We have been staying here for more than 5 years and have never been disappointed. The reservation process is seamless, check in and check out are very easy.
    The Lodge’s rooms are perfect for us, Scott, Ross and his wife do a fantastic job keeping the facility in great shape. The facility is in a perfect spot- close to all the local attractions and only a short walk to downtown Lincoln. Everyone there makes us feel very welcome and appreciative of our choice to stay there. A indoor pool with a hot tub, a outdoor heated pool and a pristine mountain river right behind the resort make for a great swimming and the sound of the river at night are very relaxing. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on every visit. 5 Stars from us.

    The studio room was very comfy. The view was spectacular. From the balcony we had views of Loon Mountain and of the river. Very nice set up.

    The person who worked with me, Linda, was wonderful and patient and personable. The room was comfortable with a nice view. It was easy to access the rooms and amenities. Only thing was that the fireplace wasn't on and no way to get someone to help other than an emergency after 4:30. In fact, one day I was trying to get the office all day and the line said it was closed and the answering service wouldn't even take a message unless it required the politics or fire department or other emergency. Overall excellent.
